Who We Are

We are a three-member team of professional quantity surveyors with a background in building project management. For many years, building and construction industry in Durban North has benefited from our top-of-the-line consultancy services. 

Professionals like architects, engineers, land surveyors, lawyers, contractors, and accountants in the area rely on our advice to guide planning, budgeting, and financial management of relevant building projects. 

When you don’t know how to go about calculating how much material goes into what part of a project and how much each material would cost, we are the people to contact.

On top of that, you can leverage our knowledge of local building controls and regulations to fast-track your building project to completion. It can be beyond annoying to have your building project stuck in a quagmire because it didn’t pass the controls.

We would closely with your contractor, architect, engineer, lawyer, or land surveyor to ensure successful completion before the project deadline.
